I spend a ton of time and energy thinking about our company’s employment brand and how we can tell the right, true story about who we are to candidates. Confession: I’ve never considered our ‘Team’ page as a key part of that narrative. Thank you for writing this and for highlighting the stories we might be telling inadvertently — great point especially about the order of leaders. While you can’t hire or create a diverse exec team overnight that’s reflective of your company’s customers or employees, you can set the right, or better, tone with the page structure. Thanks again!
